I have a passion for photography. It started as a child when my imagination took me to exciting places whilst reading "Demons Of The Deep" - a game book which explored the fictional ideas of Atlantis.
As trivial as it might sound, I didn't get into photography until 2001 when I sat in awe staring at the simplicity yet beauty of the notoriously famous "Windows Bliss" image which is the default background of Windows XP.
From buying my first camera... the Canon PowerShot A70 in July of 2003 I experimented with nature photography and more recently have started with a new Canon 30D DSLR new styles of photography with new understandings and appreciations of other forms of art.
On May 26th 2003 I joined the DeviantART community where I submitted my work where I received feedback and reciprocated on their own work. This helped me appreciate composure and many other elements which are involved in imagery. In 2005 I wanted a more personal project so with the aid of a friend I made atlantio.com which to this day I update with news of my life and projects, my photography and poetry.
